Newton Medical Center is a not-for-profit hospital that serves Harvey County and the surrounding region. Patients and their families know that they will receive the highest measure of care while staying close to home. Healthcare Assistance

Newton Medical Center’s mission is to provide the highest quality services that are needed by any member of the community. In some cases, we care for patients who are unable to pay for the services they receive. As a result, we provide approximately $2 million in care each year for which we are never reimbursed. You can help us continue our mission by making a gift to offset these costs. Your gift will provide a helping hand to your neighbors when they need you the most!

Grateful Patient Program

Newton Medical Center strives to provide high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. Our former patients and their family members often express gratitude for the skill of a doctor, the compassion of a nurse, the support of a hospital chaplain, the thoughtfulness of a volunteer or the help of caring staff.

Charitable gifts are used to support everything from blanket warmers to multi-million dollar imaging technology – all the things that made a difference in your hospital stay.
